These ultra long blades made from supersteels with low tempers are difficult to straighten. Some of them end up a little Crooked. We have a few that are warped beyond our standards for what would be a factory first. The worst of these has around 1/8th of an inch of deflection across the entire 2 foot blade. With the scales on, its only noticeable if you look for it.
